vocabulario de viajes English translation:

  • Hi, Toño. Do you already know what you’ll do next summer?
  • Yes, I have many plans. In the first half of July, I will travel to Italy with my parents. We will visit Rome, Florence, and Venice. We will take lots of photos and will surely eat a lot of pasta. I love it. Then, in the second half of July, I will stay in Cádiz and work for a few days at a summer camp. And you?
  • That’s great! In July, I will go to Alicante, to the beach with my friends. We will surely swim every day, play volleyball, and sunbathe. I will also read a couple of books I have pending. In August, I will travel to Argentina.
  • And what will you do there?
  • In Argentina, I will spend two weeks in Buenos Aires with my mom’s family, who, as you know, are Argentine. I will go to a tango concert and, for sure, visit museums and eat empanadas, which are delicious. It will be cold because it will be winter, so I will take winter clothes.
  • How lucky! I also want to travel to Argentina someday. Maybe next year I will go.
  • I’m sure you’ll love it. By the way, what will you do at the camp?
  • I will teach English to children, we will organize games, and we will go on excursions to the countryside. I think we will have a great time. I love this kind of activity.
  • I would like to go to a camp to help out someday too. Maybe next summer. We’ll see.
