Oye, el otro día vi unas fotos de tu pueblo. Se ve súper lindo.
Sí, la verdad es que me encanta. Es muy tranquilo, hay mucha naturaleza y casi no hay ruido. Me despierto con los pajaritos, no con bocinas ni autos.
¡Qué envidia! Yo sigo en la ciudad y a veces me tiene chata el tráfico. Todo el mundo anda apurado…
En el campo todo es más tranquilo Eso me gusta. Además, conozco a todos los vecinos. A veces nos juntamos a tomar algo o hacemos un asado.
Suena bacán, pero no sé si puedo vivir tan lejos de todo. Acá tengo el cine cerca, tiendas, restaurantes… y si quiero, salgo a bailar un viernes sin problema.
Sí, tienes razón. En el pueblo no hay tantas cosas. Para ir al cine tengo que tomar el auto y manejar como media hora. Y tampoco hay tantas opciones de trabajo.
¿Y no lo extrañas a veces?
A veces sí, sobre todo cuando quiero hacer algo distinto. Pero también tengo tranquilidad, aire limpio… me siento más relajado.
Yo creo que necesito un poco de las dos cosas. Me gusta la ciudad, pero es bueno algo de calma. Quizás algún día voy a ir a vivir a las afueras.
Eso es bueno: Estar cerca de todo, pero sin tanto ruido ni estrés.
Bueno, si un día me voy a tu pueblo… ¿me guardas un lugar?

Sounds great, but I don’t know if I could live so far from everything. Here I have the cinema nearby, shops, restaurants… and if I want, I can go dancing on a Friday without any problem.
Yeah, you’re right. There aren’t as many things in the town. To go to the cinema, I have to take the car and drive about half an hour. And there aren’t many job opportunities either.
Don’t you miss it sometimes?
Sometimes, yeah —especially when I want to do something different. But I also have peace and quiet, fresh air… I feel more relaxed.
I think I need a bit of both. I like the city, but having some calm is nice too. Maybe one day I’ll move to the suburbs.
